My Team and I are experienced in the Eastern Part of Pennsylvania, and I cover part or all of the following counties in Pennsylvania; Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Monroe, Lehigh, Luzerne, Pike, Lackawanna, Northampton, Wayne and Philadelphia. Every market is different in these regions and we stay informed of changes in the various marketplaces by constantly researching and previewing homes in many different areas on a constant basis.

For areas that we do not personally offer coverage in, we can refer you to a pre-screened agent anywhere, so if your direct real estate needs are not on a local basis to myself, we can still be involved in the assistance of selection of the right agent where ever your need may be.

My philosophy in Real Estate is a straight-forward approach. Treat your customers and clients with honesty and integrity as I myself want to be treated in any business transaction. The simple philosophy of returning calls and emails in a timely manner is something my team and I pride ourselves on. Real Estate is for all intensive purposes a numbers game whether you are a first time buyer, seasoned buyer, first time seller, or investor. I have instilled these ideas into all of my Team Members thought process, reminding them that treating someone fairly and honestly always comes back to them.

Personal BackgroundI have won numerous awards for Customer Service, Exceeding Client Expectations and Sales. I was the Top Agent in the Blue Bell Office for 2010, recognized at our Annual Awards Ceremony on March 25, 2011. I am also a member of our Diamond Society for Sales Achievements. I offer 15 years of Real Estate Experience to work for you, whether you are buying, selling, or both. I am an REO Specialist and always have a pipeline of properties in the works.
